 rosemary and cream chese pancakes

the finished product was better then what i thought. the pankcakes were light, fluffy and perfectly cooked. a thin layer of smooth cream chese complemented the delicious pankcakes.i think the dish was well balanced because there was big chunks of flavour from the pankcakes with a smooth natural layer of creme cheese. the dish spelt fresh and herby. the pankcakes were warm and the creme chese was cool and refreshing and mixed well with the warm fluffy pancakes.the finished product was delightlully splended. i think we prsented it really well using the boat to bring out its colours and shapes we didn't have any major problems just little ones like flipping the pancakes. we both had a bit of trouble flipping them at the right time so that they were perfectly cooked and fliped easily and neatly. Me and abby are like the best team and we cook very well together.

tandori chicken

Main course- Tandoori chicken
The meal deliciously tasty and I enjoyed it very much. The tandori source was spicy but then the salad and friend rice cooled your mouth down and left you refreshed and satisfied. You could smell beautiful balsamic what we used in the salad but the over powering tantalising tandori source dominated all of the other smells. The chicken and fried rice were warm but the summery salad was cool and refreshing. It sounded crunchy as you bit into the crunchy lettuce and nothing else made sound. The chicken felt curry like and kind og sticky. The salad was crisp but the balsamic gave it a slippery texture. The fried rice was also chunky and delicious. I think the final product turned out beautifully the bright orange stood out from the greens of the salad and the fried rice gave a lovely texture and a bit more flavour. The recipe was fairly easy to follow and i think me and abbs worked really well which resulted in a magnificent dish and it turned out just how we pictured. Abby and i always add in extra random ingredients to our dishes to add more flavour and so we can test out different tastes and textures. Adding these ingredients usually ends well and adds extra flavour to our dish. We changed the presentation by setting it out differently. We didn’t follow a recipe for the salad because we just put in whatever we wanted and i think we even put bush spices in the dressing.
